Comment:

Had Cooper in the summer so I took him again for the fall. His 240 and 241 classes are IDENTICAL. He had some major health issues early in the semester so we had subs from week 3 on. He is worth taking because he knows this subject cold and teaches it in an interesting way. No big projects or papers and all tests were online. FREE ONLINE TEXTBOOK!!

Comment:

Cooper is a cool cat. He is approachable & makes his lectures to the point & interesting. I highly recommend taking him! MUST READ THE CHAPTERS! Chapters are not that long. Total 5 exams with lowest one dropped. No homework or quizes. Exams r hard if don't read. Just put forth the effort and you will do fine. U will definately learn something.

Comment:

Highly recommend taking his online class. Gives a lot of quizzes but takes questions from the practice quizzes. Just study the chapter outline quizzes and the online quizzes. Final questions come from the practice quizzes so just study the questions. Have to make a posting to every chapter, which are not hard.

Always answers questions, very approachable, always in a good mood, very nice guy. Be sure to show up to class because in class assignments count as extra credit. If you read the chapters, the exams are easy as cake!

Comment:

Professor Cooper is an extremely cool professor. Makes his lectures to the point and interesting. I highly recommend taking him! GET THE BOOK/READ THE CHAPTERS! Chapters are not long at all/are easy to read, doing so got me A's. It doesn't take a law genius to get an A in this class, just put forth the effort and you will do fine.

Teacher does his job, and leaves the right amount of work up to you. He uses very simple explanations. Apparently he's been teaching this class for a while. The class is fairly entertaining if business is your thing. Lecures are organized and the teacher is not all over the board.

Professor Cooper is awesome, layed back, and helpful. Keeps his lectures interesting, and activities are always fun. I was intimidated by the subject at first but he makes it so easy! Textbook is cheap! Study for the tests and you'll get an A

Teacher is very one-sided. although the class was easy, the teacher is always right, remeber that. class was not mandatory but it helps if you go to participate in the group activities. everyone should be able to pass him with flying colors.

If you have to take this class, do it online. All he has you do is make one post to the discussion forum for each chapter, take chapter quizzes, do a few online assignments and then take the final. 2/3 of the final was from practice quizzes and study guide questions, so USE THEM to study.

took this online. dont know what else to say besides iit seems like it would have been better if i took it in class after reading some of the posts. but he's cool. i missed my final and he let me retake. so he's cool. but his teaching styles im not sure. i know that all of his stuff he gets done for him by the books publishers.

This guy is a total jerk. If you can handle his attitude and listening about his personal sob story then you will walk away with an A. Class is easy and all he does is read off his Powerpoint slides. He hates the gov't and Republicans and is very adamant about it.

It appears that this class is easier online. But in class, he really doesnt teach anything. The law is a difficult subject. As long as you read the chapters and FULLY understand the material, you will do fine. Tests are difficult, but vary passasble.

Easy A if you do the work.Spend the extra $30 & buy the workbook.All online quizzes are taken from there & great to use as study notes for the test.He lets you use the text & all notes for the on campus final.My suggestion would be copy & paste the vocabulary words from online & make notes of the pages where the words can be found.

I find him to be lazy because he downloads the exam from the book website. He doesn't provide the class with any kind of exam review or notes. I've received two D's on his exam (still taking the class) and I've read the chapters a few times before the exam. The class disappoints me.Good luck!

Very organized and nice. You have to be diligent to pass his class but he is more than willing to help. Offers lots of chances for EC.
