Great professor. makes class very easy and he is hilarious. 4Q ,low grade drop. 2 exams and final. You must read the book, but more important take notes in class. Test are T/F, fill the blank and match questions. tricky questions but not hard if you attend to class you will be fine. test on a curve, and notes for exam. plus participation points

As a full-time lawyer, he makes time for his students, and has some awesome stories. The class itself is tough, just because there is so much information to take in, but he managed to actually make us learn the criteria instead of just getting by with a passing grade. Allows cheat notes on test but as long as you pay attention in class, u wont need

By far one of the best teachers I have ever had! You must must must attend class however it is very worth it. Pay attention because he calls on people all over the classroom. I learned so much in this class I couldn't believe it. I highly recommend him.

Best teacher I think I have ever had. Gives very good examples and keeps your attention the whole time. You must attend all his classes. As long as you take notes you will pass the class for sure. You get to use a cheat sheet for tests.

Awesome! Very clear, taught everything, helpful. Gave great examples, kept class interesting, obviously loved his job. Tests and quizzes are challenging, but if you pay attention in class, a good grade is easy Allows cheat sheets. Nice, Friendly, understood we had lives and couldn't come to every class. Just wanted you to be there most of the time.

One of my favorite classes. NOT EASY but very interesting and entertaining. I learned a lot. TAKE NOTES ON ALL LECTURES. Read the chapters. Study. Good instructor. Grades on a curve. Expects participation. Be prepared to talk in class.

Forest is an amazing professor,he makes it really easy to understand and want to go to class. It is a hard class, you do have to read the chapters, go to class, and take notes, but he makes it super interesting.

Best professor I've ever had! He is a great guy that knows what he is talking about. Not afraid to speak the truth. This class is hard...but it is because he wants you to learn. It is a good idea to show up to class and take notes...Anything he writes on the board will be on the exam. 4 (pop) quizzes, lowest one dropped. 3 exams w/ cheat sheet.

Prof. Forest is the best teacher I've ever had. He's not easy, but he works hard to make sure every student 'gets' it. He uses real life examples, stories, cases, whatever it takes to get us to understand and learn law. You have to participate in class, and his exams are hard. Also, you CANNOT use 'like' in his class, but he's very funny.

Prof. Forest is easily the best college teacher I ever had. He's a full time lawyer, so his stories and cases turn concepts into reality. You HAVE to participate in his class, and he insists that you think. Exams are hard, but he prepares us well and allows a cheat sheet for exams (also 4 quizzes). Grading is on a curve. He is GREAT!

Difficult class, but defiantly worth the work. One of the best teachers I have ever had! Cares about students, and curves grades. Class discussion are interesting and he explains everything very well (uses real life examples from his experiences as a lawyer). One of my favorite classes.
