Great, funny, caring guy. I think he is retiring this semester, so that sucks for everyone who wont have him. but the First aid class with Leigh was the easiest class of my life. Just show up and you will pass.

Dave was a great professor to have as a freshman in Exercise Science program. We learned the basics of cpr/first aid very clearly. He is very understanding and flexible. It was especially awesome that he knew everyone's name by the second week of school even though there were 100 kids in my lecture!

Comment:

This course is a basic first aid/cpr course. As long as you attend every week and study the workbook for the CPR exam and final lab practical, you will do well in this course. Dave is a really nice guy, and has an amazing history as an athletic trainer. I really enjoyed getting to know him.

Really great guy to talk to. So much experience in the field of sports medicine, a lot of great stories to tell. Not mention, my class probably had close to 100 students in it, and he knew everyone by name the second week of school. Had never said a word to him, but he greeted me by name with a big smile

He's honestly one of the best professors to have, especially for a class as a freshman. He teaches you everything you need to know for his class and then you finish the class before the semester ends! He's very good with emails and if you're sick and send him an email before your exam time, he'll help make accommodations. Highly recommend!

CPR/AED class was so easy. We were there for only 20 minutes at the most and he finishes teaching the material before the semesters over so you don't have to go to class anymore. Nicest guy and always willing to help in any way!

Oh Dave...what a great teacher. I took palpations and CPR with him, both of which were very easy. His lectures are always fun and he has such a great personality. Attendance is a big part of his grading (he knows all of his students name's, so don't think he won't notice if you're not there).

DAVE ROCKS MY SOCKS!!!!!!!! He is the best teacher out there. He truly cares about his students. His classes are easy and his test are a piece of cake. He wants us to do well so there is no tricks on his exams. Take him, you won't regret it!!!!!

I love Dave Leigh! He's funny, and knows his stuff with AT. First Aid and CPR - the class was a breeeeze. Don't even worry about the class, it'll be the easiest one you'll take - and the movies you watch are kind of hilarious.
