Full of himself. He's trying to show you how "smart" he is, but now after graduating and being a teacher for a number of years I see how little he really knew. I would never take his class, if possible. Unpleasant to foreign born students like myself. Y??

You either like him or you don't. His classes are straight to the point and the professor has a lot of knowledge. HOwever, make sure you ask him all questions in class before an assignment because he does not like to answer e-mails.

He is tough but fair. He will know if you are going through the motions of doing his case studies or if you are taking in and critically analyzing them. Has a sense of humor. Its not a cake walk, be prepared to work, because you earn the grade you get.

Comment:

Pros: He answered a lot of departmental questions which were ignored by others; the assignments were relatively easy and he broke down difficult concepts; class was relatively entertaining. Cons: Some assignments didn't have a rubric and you're in the blind as to what he's looking for; he answers e-mails curtly (but at least he answers them).
