She's very down to earth and full of knowledge. She's very understanding and compassionate. Attendance in her class can kill you if you don't go. Class time was spent giving easy presentations and talking. She is blunt, opinionated, and does not sugar coat anything. She's real. She's raw, and she wants nothing but the best for all of her students.

Easily the most entertaining professor I've ever taken. Very informative, very experienced in the field of TESOL, and loves Barry Manilow. Highly, highly recommend. You'll have a blast listening to her talk. She's a real firecracker.

One of the best teachers I've ever had. Definitely the best in the current ESL department at WSU right now because she actually teaches you things. I love her personality and she went out of her way many times to help me and others.

Dr. Crusan is very fun. She really makes the material easy for those who are struggling. She tries to be helpful. She plays around alot in class, which can be almost distracting and there are tons of tangents. This is an easy A and just mention that you like Barry Manalow and she'll be your best friend. :)
