Prepare yourself for boredom. After attending lectures for the first couple weeks and not getting a thing out of them (probably because she put me to sleep half the time) I decided to just rely on webct slides and the textbook and still got an A. Shes not that great. Get nick zammit as your lab leader.

Hard class....the whole year is theory, where she talks about things on powerpoint..never auctually "solving" anything, then the final which is 50% of your final; is ALL HAND WRITTEN!?!? oh, and in the labs, when u do solve things, it through the COMPUTER!!! NOT BY HAND!!! shes very nice and approchable tho, assignments are easy...

Prof Dupont is good. Try and get in her lab as she pretty much spoon feeds us the answers to assignments, etc. She's helpful and responsive to e-mails and WebCT questions. She's also willing to make allowances for students where necessary. Her notes are good and concise and you don't need to read the textbook! With effort, you'll do well!

what the hell are you talking about?! She is a great prof! She helps you with you problems and gives you positive feedback when something is WELL DONE (note the well done. Maybe she can't teach dumb people because they just dont get it. If you think she's horrible than u must be failing.
