Taken online. Like the others have said, four quizzes and two exams. He gives you 2-3 hours to do the quizzes and tests, and the questions themselves are primarily concept questions. There's a bit of stats later on, but it's not hard to figure out nor does it comprise of many of the questions. Very easy for an online class.

Four quizzes, two exams, one group paper. Quizzes were easy, exams were easier, and the group paper was simple as long as you have a big group. The paper was 15-20 pages and was very dry but was easy to complete.

Good professor... there were few grades in my class so there is a lot of weight on the midterm and final exam. He's funny and entertaining, but did not gain much from going to class days where the class would split up and read out of the textbook.

took his on-line class and it was pretty easy. i wish i wouldn't have taken it online tho because he seems like a funny guy and he is pretty cool. their is a big group project which wasn't fun at all but all the quizzes and midterms are straight.

Wonderful teacher :) Attended class just because he's entertaining. The material isn't that exciting, but he's a great teacher and he'll definitely help you. Didn't really use the textbook, only to follow along in class when reading ex problems. Exams are easy as long as you have the examples to go by :)

This class is terrible. I am sitting in it right now bored out of my mind. He has too much confidence b/c of those bs awards he has been given. He teaches stuff that i learned in middle school but the quizzes are open to interpretation and are not covered in class nor the textbook. Waste of time

He is the most wonderful professor you will ever have. He is very helpful with the material and tries his best so that you understand it. He will even tell you he teaches it the easy way so you can understand the material. I highly recommend him if you can get into his class. He made POM enjoyable. Without a doubt, take him!!!

He's one of the better teachers for stats 2. It's not an easy class, you have to study, and go to class but if you do this you will do well. I took stats 2 three years after taking stats 1 and thought I'd make a D but ended up with a B. Also, go by his office, he enjoys talking with students.

Why everyone else says the class was made "more interesting" b/c of Dr. Dave then i want to smoke what they are on. The class is horribly boring. 1st two tests are easy. Went into the final with an A+, hadn't missed a point, ended up with a C+. Contesting grade. I'm not sure if there's a better prof for this BS class though.

Dr. Dave is really nice and funny- makes a boring class mildly entertaining. Tests are super easy until the final- a cumulative exam worth 40% of your grade. Its horrible! But he is so nice it's almost possible to overlook this! Talks about cheesecake, decaf coffee and volleyball on the parkway a lot. Take him.

Great, fun class. His lectures are very clear and he does a really good job of preparing you for his exams. If you have to take POM, take him. Just as a side note, his final is hard, so don't do like I did and assume it'll be easy like all of his other exams.

Great Teacher, Has take home multiple choice questions (10q's). Tests are just problems but he goes over them really well in class. The math is basic but you just have to know how to use it. He gives you the formulas during the test. One group project.

Really nice teacher. This class is all word problems, math, and formulas. No reading assignments, and a not so horrible group project. Exams cover a lot of material so study.
