RU GET RID OF THIS PROF!!!This has to be the worst accounting professor at RU and he teaches half of the classes. He is a nightmare to listen to. Breezes thru the lecture by reading straight through the power points and talks as if you know everything already. completely useless and demanding prof. I will NEVER take another class with him.

Really nice guy, always offering help. Not always on top of his teaching, but he has the old school mentality, so he expects you to take your education seriously and treats you as an adult.

He's fast, but he teaches the material. You need to read the chapters before going to class. His writing is difficult to read. He reads from PPT slides. I have had him for other classes and I would take him again. You are responsible for yourself. He teaches those that want to learn and those who apply themselves. You can't learn if you don't try.

After reading the other reviews, i've realized something must have happened to this teacher between 2003 and 2005. This teacher is horrendous! His homework is extremely hard and tedious. This class is a waste of time because he lectures strictly out of the book. Why come to class and you could just read the chapters? Really didn't learn much at all

Terrible teacher...worst I have had. Relies upon PPT Slides instead of actaully teaching. Woman-hater!! Gives preferential treatment to men. Tests are crazy hard, he expects you to know the littlest details instead of big picture. DO NOT TAKE!!!!

I had this teacher for finance and he is AWFUL. He spent more time talking about his car (an Infiniti) and how his flying lessons are going than teaching. He wants a xerox of each hw and when I tried to give him a handwritten copy because I had no change, he wouldn't accept it. I turned in a xerox the next week and he counted it late!

make sure you read the chapter before he goes over the powerpoint in class to understand what he's talking about. homework due at end of each chapter, he's strict on that. weekly quizzes to freshen up your memory of what the chapter was about. he talks somewhat fast
