This is a bit delayed! She was my professor for Comparative Psych in the late 60's!!! She was a great professor -- I'm a professor now (nearing retirement). She gave me a duck! What a cool lady and a good role model!

Shes nice but her lectures have nothing to do with the material covered. She would go over a concept and then zone out and talk about her life. I only go to class because she checks on attendance. Since she isn't really focused during lectures you'll have to read the book on your own. Everything you need to know for tests is in the textbook.

All she does is read from the book, that's it. There is no point in attending class since the test Q's are directly from the book. The problem is that her test questions are super specific. So much so that memorization of 3 chapters at a time takes precedent over actual learning. Super difficult. Skip at all costs!!

She lectured and told several stories to help relate to the material but will not help on exams. If you read the book and do the extra credit you should be fine. You will have to teach the material yourself. She did her best, you have 3 weeks to read an entire book with 4 exams, drop lowest score, and a final for a winter course is tough. Good Luck

Very odd teacher. make sure you know Dreamweaver. She allows u to use publisher but she is very big on ALT tags- (you'll know what I mean once you take her). A lot of group work. Not a hard class but she DOES NOT teach you how to create a website. So class can be very time consuming if you are like me and dont even have a myspace page.

This woman is about 70 years old and has yet to realize her teaching in highly ineffective and puts people to sleep. She consistently drifts of into story telling during class and doesn't remember those she's told. Today she repeated,for the THIRD TIME, a story about a bipolar girl getting mean in class. I honestly want to stab myself in the eye

ODD class. NOT what I expected. Feels more like Arts and Crafts 101, rather than a lecture on the Psych. of Creativity. She is very sweet, but would be better off teaching children. She seems very stuck in her ways. There is a requirement to make websites, so be prepared to KNOW Dreamweaver or you will be lost! VERY involved group projects.

Shes disprespectful. be a mistake to take her classes. She should be fired from the psych dept.There is something wrong with a teacher when she has so many bad reviews. Dr. Hardy's class isn't for the faint of heart. If you want scantrons and rote regurgitation of spoon-fed facts then do you (and everyone else) a favor and don't sign up for her psych 401 class. If you want to think, and be challenged, and be engaged in thought, then she's the teacher for you.

Impossible to pick out the actual lecture material from her ramblings. Must be intelligent but comes off as mostly crazy. Structure of class made absolutely NO sense whatsoever. I honestly believe I came out of this class dumber. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

She is a nice teacher but her test are essay form and they are really hard and its hard to grasp what she says in class cause she goes off topic a lot. You can fall a sleep in her class as well cause its so boring. Over all she is an ok teacher, hard greader so take another professor.
