Comment:

This was by far the most difficult class I've ever taken. I felt like she tried to cram five chapters into every one. It felt like an accelerated pace when it was a 15 week course. I highly discourage taking any classes from, "Coop".

This class was extremely difficult. I am a good student, and do my very best to maintain a 3.5 GPA. Cooper's class, however, kicked my butt. She was a good teacher, very enthusiastic, but do not take this class thinking it will be easy. It's not at all. Tests were very hard. I had to go to every study session to do even remotely well. Hard class

Coop takes an incredibly uninteresting subject and adds excitement to it. She is extremely intimidating at first, I almost dropped thinking it would be too hard of a class, but it's very passable. You have to work hard but she sets you up for success and is very helpful. She is so nice and so approachable. You can't get a better teacher for 205

Cooper or "Coop" is an awesome teacher. You can tell she loves teaching and loves biology. She's also very helpful if you have any questions or are unsure about something. Highly recommended!

I was a bit intimidated when she introduced herself as a double-major hard-ass. I quickly discovered that you need to pay close attention to her lectures, which so far have been the most organized I've encountered. Review sessions + careful notes + neat labs=A. She's a great instructor, it's been 6 years and I still think of her fondly.

Ms Cooper finds micro "fascinating" and makes it easy for her students to do the same. She is very helpful and kind. She's also funny, which makes the learning fun.....She has a lot to teach but she makes you feel like you can accomplish anything. She really is a great lady.
