When I took him for ACC 240, I felt like he really knew his stuff. He was a bit strict, but very good at getting the information across. Exams weren't easy. I worked very hard for an A. One of the best Accounting Professors at the COB without any doubt.

I would recommend Dr.Etter for ACC 240. Showing up for class earns you homework points. He also drop hints or flat out tells you what will be on the exam. A very fair professor.

Professor Etter is a great teacher, he explains everything really well. For the most part i just read the chapters before exams and passed with an A. Class is not mandatory but you'll lose points, hw is not graded on accuracy he gives you the answrs before you turn it in. Good class, learned a lot. Make sure you do the projects which are easy.

Prof. Etter is knowledgeable, but the topic could be a bit boring. His assignments are clear, easy and you kind of know what to expect on the exams. Easy to get an A if you do all assignments and study a bit for the exams. Great professor, & I would recommend him.

Class was okay, but attendence are mandatory because you have to turn in assignments every class. However, his easy on grading, as long as you turn in the assignment, you are fine. Easy class for this level, I would recommand for taking~

He is well organized & the class is super easy. As long as you do all of the assignments you only have to score an 85% on each test to get an A. Go to the book website & take the self-tests. Also study the homework assignments that he tells you too. The final is NOT cumulative. The class only covers 6 ch you can download 5 of them from the web

In class, all he does is talk - endlessly. Alot of writing assignments due to university writing curriculum recently initiated. Very good, excellent and very helpful. An easy A, if you do all of the assignments. I highly recommend.

He is truely one of the most boring human being ever and It's funny to see that someone actually counted how many times he says "Okay," cuz its annoying. I counted 20 in mins. Etter Flies thorough the notes and does not answer questions. only asks yes/no question, does not envolve the class.it sucks

Professor Etter is a great teacher. His notes are very thorough and can be overwhelming but he is always willing to take the time to explain things further if you ask. He is very helpful outside of class and is a very friendly person. Definitely one of the best accounting professors!

The single most boring human being on earth. Once said "ok" 66 times in a fifteen minute period. Reads the notes he hands out off an overhead projector every class period. His voice cuts through you like broken glass.
