Great professor! Yes, tough, but the knowledge you'll gain will hold you for the rest of your lives. I worked hard in this class, but to this day, years later, I feel secure about my writing skills. She seems as an iron lady at first, but give her a chance and she'll show you her great interpersonal skills. I would take her again!

Professor Boris is one, if not the best, professor I've had at LaGCC. I took her class in my first semester, and I had zero knowledge on how to write essays. She taught me everything I know, and I became an amazing writer who gets A's on all my papers. She is very strict, and you'll have to work hard if you want to pass, and most importantly learn!

She is quite stern, but is a real softy that means well. Tough grader in the beginning but eases up later. If you do the work 100 percent, you'll be fine.If youre lazy or uninterested, dont take this class. Shes super serious about Drama.

Professor Boris is a wonderful teacher. She is challenging, but helpful. However, you must show interest in the class and be disciplined with your work. Go to the writing center every chance you get, the tutors are life-savers. Writing Center attendance makes a good impression with Prof. Boris.
