he's a very kind and caring man, but lectures are kind of boring. opened my eyes to a lot of interesting points though! one test, one essay, and semester long journals which are the only way you'd be motivated to do the reading anyway.

This professor is the best on campus by a long shot. He knows his stuff because he is the Chabad rabbi. Moreover, he is a great family man and really cares about his students. Make sure to keep up to date with your journals and there is only one test and one take home essay. Must take this class

great teacher, interesting class, readings are not extremly necessary, but very very helpful when it comes time for the large takehome home essay final, other than that its not difficult to get an A

Cool guy. He favors the Socratic method (asks students to answer the questions) so sometimes it takes 45 mins. to understand a basic idea. All in all good class! He's a very nice man. Interesting material. Do the readings, they are on exam. Short daily assignments, 2 exams (1 is take-home).
