First off, she yelled at me when I asked her a question. Second, she is always in a rotten mood. Third, she constantly complains about everything. Fourth, did I mention is she always in a rotten mood?! She needs to retire: she is always rude, she can't work a computer, and treats us like we are in high school!

I had Prof Taylor at 9 am and I had to drop. She was one of the rudest professors I have ever encountered. She has a very scattered organization of notes and constantly ridcules people who don't agree with her. AVOID.

Professor Taylor is by far one of the best professors I've ever had. She's funny, interesting,nice, and very knowledgable on anthropology. She makes the class very interesting and enjoyable. I wish there were more professors like her around. I missed class today because of daylight savings time and she was very understanding! HIGHLY RECCOMEND!

She's a professor who is very knowledgeable in her field and has a lot of experience in it (she has a doctorate degree and has done fieldwork). However, she complains a lot about her health and hates to have students talking in class or packing up before class officially ends. Be patient. Very interesting course material. Very enjoyable subject.

She is cool, its just the readings are overwhelming. There's no use for a summer with this class. If you like to read, then this class is great for you. But if you have a job and plan to live out a bit of your summer, don't take her! P.S.> She is cool though!

horrible professor with a horrible attitude. if u want to sit in a classroom with someone who clearly has been doing this for way too long and has a very confusing and disorganized teaching style then go for it. is openly condescending and mean to her students. AVOID!

Wow, I don't know where all this hate came from. I took her summer class and it was no problem at all. She is a bit lazy, but she is a good person, shes not out to screw students over. The work is not bad, tests are easy multiple choice. The readings are boring but doable. She has good knowledge and the class is rather interesting. Not bad at all.

I have NO idea what's going on in this class or what the point is. EVERYTHING is always unclear. She doesn't seem to have any plan. I don't even know what she could test us on. She just gives these RANDOM readings & tells personal stories. I'm always afraid she's going to have a heart attack bc everytime she gets up she's out of breath. SO BORING!

unbelieveable! i have a 3.4 GPA as a senior and i get a C in her class. SO unclear!! u have no idea whats an assignment and what isnt. Not to mention she is so boring and hidious youll want to kill yourself. i did ALL assignments, HWs and got a B on the midterm...I cant believe how screwed i got, TRUST ME and AVOID!!!!

lots of reading and there are quizes and tests. not to easy but not the hardest. she gives you question before quiz but they usually only help 50% of the time. she loves telling stories about herself. not that pleasant. bu you do get to watch a lot of boring movies which takes some time alteast

She was a fun and interesting prof. If you pay attention you'll get into it, I enjoyed the class and course materials greatly. You do have to read a few ethnographies, for my class 1 was pretty long and the others were short. No hw, just a few 3p papers
