Dr. Mindel is now a professor at the Community College of Baltimore County at Owings Mills. I absolutely love her as a professor and a person ! If I could take her class again and again I would just not on a Saturday morning.

LOVE Dr. Mindel. I just graduated from Morgan State University and i owe my degree to her. Moody..yes. aren't we all? She is a communications GURU and if you participate and show interest in the class she will give u the respect you deserve. Only knock on her is she does go off topic about her personal life alot.she always find a way to tie it in

Dr. Mindel is at Morgan State in Baltimore now. I found her to be moody and subject to rant unexpectedly at random intervals. Her grading was completely subjective. She seems to love power; not the best characteristic for a teacher. She has plenty of knowledge, but I wouldn't take her again.

Read the book and study for your tests and you'll be fine. She's really helpful and if you have a question just ask her. Make sure you participate in class too since it is a Comm. class. It's a shame she's not teaching at Willie P any more.

Participate, submit well-written assignments, read the book, and study before tests. As with all classes, this is the formula for an A. Professor cares that you learn and is extremely helpful and accessible to anyone who needs her. Too bad she's leaving Willy P.

She know a lot about communication and relationships. However, you won't get enough information out of her classes to pass one of her REALLY HARD tests. You'll need to do the outside reading and STUDY. She can get nasty if she doesn't like you or is having a bad day. But over all she's not bad.

There are no surprises in this class. She gives a clear hand out in the begining of the semester follows it to the T. Shes pretty easy, minimal homework, no tests really.. just speeches (its a speech class, duh!). You dont learn a lot, but get a lot of practice speaking in public =) Beware doesnt curbe grades. Getting an A requires some elbo grease

Professor Mindel is a very smart woman and really interesting. She can be really nice or really moody. I think she means well but sometimes yells at people for trivial things. Point is: You can learn a lot from her, and she's not as bad as people make her seem, but she does have a tendency to piss people off at times.

SHE IS HARD! SHE'S UNFAIR AND SHE TALKS ABOUT HER DAUGHTER ALL THET IME. SHE PICKS FAVORITES, FLAPS HER ARMS, TWITCHES HER SHOULDER AND IS JUST PLAIN OL' BORING. MAKES THE CLASS HARDER THAN IT IS, HER TEST ARE HARD, GRADES UNFAIRLY AND JUST A ROUGH TEACHER. DON'T GIVE HER ATTITUDE, SHE DON'T TAKE ANYONE'S S**T. DON'T TAKE HER IF YOU DON'T HAVE TO!

She was really a cool teacher. All of her ratings were bad but she wasnt as bad as they say. Tests are pretty tough and sometimes confusing. Material is common sense but she makes it out to be more than it is on the tests. If you give her an attitude, she will give you one right back.

This lady is no ****. What she says she'll do, she'll do. To put it another way, I've had many teachers write on the syllabus that an assignment is lowered a grade point for every period it is late, but I've only actually had one professor do it. Stay on top of your work. Incidently, she's really cool too.

she was cool. i went into this class thinking it was nothing but it is!! she makes it a lot harder then it has to be but its ok. her tests are a mixture of confusing mutiple choice, short answers, and essays. Not too hard. She likes to get u on the multiple choice tho. SHE TALKS ABOUT HER DAUGHTER WAY TOO MUCH ..ITS ANNOYING

She's nice but it seems as if she has a disorder, she twitches her head alot which made me distracted. I did ok in the class, but she's a bad grader, she makes the class harder than what it should be. She grades hard during the public speaking presentations. She talk too much too!!
