She's a very nice and sweet lady but when it comes to grading she's the devil. She's very unclear when it comes to the lab reports and very hard to understand what she wants. Her quizzes were fairly difficult and she's the only lab professor who doesn't believe in partial credit which is big. She also doesn't teach well which I guess is no suprise

Chem 2500 LAB. She was great! She made labs interesting, simple and easy. Not a lot of homework. She also helped us w/ a lot of questions we had on problems in lecture, while waiting for experiments in lab, we would all stand around the board... and she would explain until we all got it. I wouldn't have gotten an A in lecture without her help.

So much information. I bombed in her class twice. I learned a whole lot, but not what I needed to pass the class. Organic chemistry is tough. Period. No matter who the professor is. She made it very interesting and welcoming. I'd recommend her. I failed due to my own negligence.

I took professor Mollica for LAB. For LAB she is wonderful. She keeps the entire class on the same page of the experiment so that we all finish faster and get out quicker. In orgo 1, we never spent the full 4 hours in one of her labs. Only thing is that she hands assignments back slowly, so you don't know how you're doing on them until midway thru

Really enjoy this professor. She is funny, gives us real life applications and always provides plenty of examples on the board. Just sit up close cause sometimes her writing is small (: Learned a lot from her and she is quite reasonable!

The way she grades quizzes is simply HORRIBLE! Didn't credit questions cuz it's "not practical in real life," even though orgo is all theoretical. Wastes practically all of the 50 mins of recitation going over compound names, as opposed to actually doing some problems from the book. Stay away. She'll drive your overall grade WAY down.

Highly recommended professor. Explains everything clearly and always available after class if you need extra help. The only negative thing is that her way of grading of the exams is somewhat unbalanced: short answer problems have almost as much value as long, multiple steps problems. But, she curves the grades what is a huge plus.

She is terrible for recitation, hard quizzes and she didn't know a lot of textbook questions unless they were synthesis (she always puts synthesis qs on quizzes). But lab was good, she had the best tricks and tips to make everything work- just make sure you keep a perfect lab notebook and pretend you love lab

Excellent in Chem 1040. Will take her in Chem 2500. Extremely helpful and never too tired to do so. Shows interest in her student and wish we all get 100% in all our exams. Great great great
