Prends pour acquis qu'on sait plein de choses, explique mal, condescendant, examens très difficiles. Si t'as pas le choix de l'avoir, pose des questions. Mais éloigne-toi pcq il pu d'la yeule. Pis utilise le manuel!!!!! Ne le prends pas pour acquis.

Prof qui connait parfaitement son sujet. Celui de l'informatique. Mais aucunement celui de la transmission de savoir à des étudiants. Les 3 premiers TDs sont simples. Puis les 3 derniers sont infernaux. Choisissez un autre groupe si vous pouvez (le prof avec un nom à consonance arabe est super!), ou passez le cours dans une autre université.

One thing I can say is that he knows his subject and seems passionate about it, which is nice. I had a lot of trouble staying focused since he spends up to two hours a class showing exemples but I'd say its important to show up even if its really tempting not to. The class feels heavy but if you show up and do the work you'll be fine.

Pour un dÃ©butant en informatique : TrÃ¨s bon prof. Quand on lui pose des questions, il donne gÃ©nÃ©ralement trop de dÃ©tails (inutiles pour les dÃ©butants). Facile de comprendre la matiÃ¨re tant qu'on reste attentif. Labos TRÃˆS importants pour bien comprendre. Livre passÃ© date qui peut aider Ã comprendre si on a beaucoup de difficultÃ©.

Les cours de thÃ©orie sont vraiment pas nÃ©cessaires pour passer. En fait c'est pas vraiment la peine d'y aller, le 3/4 des examens sont tirÃ©s directement des labos et le reste c'est des trucs qu'il dit 1 fois dans la session et qu'il ressort Ã l'examen. D'ailleurs il a avouÃ© lui-mÃªme qu'il y avait une question impossible Ã chaque examen...

Most people think that this guy sucks but in fact, it's one of rare professor to act like a student. In other words, if you want help, just pay him a beer and he'll help you without any question. IMO, nobody will say that he explains well because he gives the assembly course and he understands it perfectly (unlike most of the students)

this guy does not how to teach and he acts the "I know everything guy". I don't know why there are teachers like this guy in graduate studies. well I guess at Poly, most profs suck :). Pire vantard que j'ai vu de ma vie Premiere phrase: 'Bonjour je suis F.R.Boyer j'ai commencer a programmer a 8 ans' reponse on s'en contre fou. En plus il ne reponds jamais au question qu'on lui envois en e mail, fait des examens impossible a finir et Ã§a c'est sans parler de sa correction. Aucun commentaire, aucune marque de stylo rien que la note.

Le prof ne revÃ¨le son potentiel que dans les periodes de revisions en vue des exams. Sinon, comme d'autres l'ont dit: LIT TON LIVRE et le cours tu passeras! Les periodes de Labos sont beaucoup plus payantes Ã ce sujet lÃ , d'ailleurs. Morale: va aux labos et aux revisions! Pis t'as un B assure.
