If youre looking to take an opinion course where you discuss opinions openly and freely and from an educated point of view, then this is NOT the class for you. Pretty much he talks and if you have an opinion keep it to yourself because after about 15 seconds he'll just start to talk over you and continue whatever he was aaying, its an easy A though

Learned nothing. Got an A. Supposed to be a 3 hour class, never kept up longer than 1.5 hours. Can be extremely boring at times. Doesn't actually teach. Taking more classes with him to help inflate my GPA.

Sports Writing!! It doesn't get much better than this. A 3 hour class but he only keeps you an hour. You sit and talk sports all class. He gives a few easy 2 page assignments. Very laid back teacher and an easy grader. Take any class he teaches! I wish all of my classes were like this one.

Roessner is an amazing professor. I have taken every class he teaches here just because I wanted to be in his class again. He's an easy grader, you only meet once a week and only for at most an hour and a half at a time. Definitely one of the best professors in BIng.

Frank is AWESOME. very laid-back, friendly, and good natured. every couple classes for his Intro to Journalism course he gives an easy 2 page assignemnt. never any tests. Sometimes I just wanna give him a big bear hug!!

Extremely easy class but if you are expecting to learn anything about journalism, this class is not for you. Most of the time he seems very tired and burnt out from his day job. He doesn't give any constructive criticism on papers, just a letter grade with no justification. Only positive about this class is easiness.

It is great to have a teacher who knows about his field though experience and not just through theory. In the journalism class, I really got a flavor of what it is like being a journalist and how to assess news. I would highly recommend his class to anyone.

BEST professor in bing. I practically minored in this guy. 3 hour classes never meet for over an hour and a half, usually at least 2 classes are cancelled throughout the semester, and all you have to do is write easy 2 page papers like ever other week. TAKE HIM, hes nice, funny, interesting,the man!

Journ. w him = awesome so far. Take him if u get the chance. u could possibly mistake him for santa claus. eyes twinkle when he smiles & he tells gr8 stories. Telling stories is part of his method of teachin us. this makes aspects of journaLism more interesting & easier 2 remember. Roessner ROCKS!
