Prof. Whitehouse really knows what he's talking about and answers any questions that students have, but it's just so boring. Finance isn't that interesting to begin with, but we have no tests or quizzes or anything so there's no motivation to do anything but space out in class.

Class is a mandatory review session. Students are expected to teach themselves the material and are quizzed on each chapter before it is discussed in class (30% of final grade). Any reasonably competent student will find actual class time to be a complete waste of an hour.
