Fred is a wonderful prof who knows more about his subject area than any prof I have ever met in my long academic career. He truly understands the benefits of the process of drama and it is through this lens that he teaches his course. He is a walking historian and dictionary and teaches on a one-on-one level. His classes are enlightening.

Fred changed the way I view education. He comes off as very disorganized. Did not provide a syllabus, did not really have a flow in his lectures; However, this class is about interpersonal communication, he finds a way to engage a full class and make it attainable for everybody to do well. Attendance is necessary, however, very very very fair man.

Excellent Prof! I learned more about my own personal teaching practices in this course then in any other. He's easy to talk to, and willing to answer any questions you might have. No, he didn't hand out a syllabus, and he was really slack on due dates, but that was the point. He tried to focus us on the learning process, not what we have to hand in

Fred knows more about Process Drama than most people know about breathing. He is one of the pioneers of this method of teaching and learning. He is a fantastic human being who not only cares for the work, but also cares for the students doing the work. I'm deeply saddened to see such harsh words used to describe such a kind and caring man.

Worse prof ever; did not provide a proper syllabus; did not teach us at all. Does not know the meaning of praxis. As a result, we were not prepared for our internship. A wasted course especially when some are trying so hard for Theatre to be accepted in Education.

I liked the course and the classes..but I felt cheated out of a good mark. I finished his class only knowing 20% of my total mark. He was not very clear, and I felt like there wasn't any feedback on my overall mark, but he is a nice person!

Fred is an extremly intelligent man. He makes you think. I learned more from his class than any other I have even taken! He teaches teachers to think outside of the box and to use innovative and exciting teaching strategies. He is truly amazing!
