This class is designed for those who have recently taken Math50 or HS algebra. It is fast and furious, requires constant reading and homework. However, the professor is available outside of class time, Webassign is clear on guidelines and explanations, plus the math lab is great. Tough class but a fair grading process.

Mr Wang is a very nice/ helpful professor. Stats was no easy but he made it understandable. i don't understand why he has bad ratings if he's an awesome professor. he does give a lot of HW thats online and worksheets but they prepare you for tests. make sure you do the review test he gives you. also make sure you go to the MSC for any help.

Worse math teacher I have ever had. It is true, his lectures are exactly what you see in the book. His infamous quote is "... well idk it's your problem not mine." Does not really explain further than the book. Test problems are not from what he teaches you. Best option is consult with someone who already took this class.

pretty jovial dude, makes jokes, nice, etc but his lectures...well, his boardwork is really unorganized. makes mistakes a lot with shell/disk method. his way of explaining things is very obscure. hard to follow. best bet is to make your txt book become your best friend and study 10+hrs/week. i did it and so did everyone else! so, suck it up!

Very bad teacher he seems to get upset when you ask him a question. Only about 1/5 of the class passed. His test problems are at times a complete surprise. He is also not interested in helping you understand, but in helping you memorize ways to solve the problems. Just take another teacher if you really want to understand, and or pass.

He seems to get upset when you ask questions at time. Also he goes through the material real fast without thouroughly explaining the material well. He always states that it is "easy" which further upsets a student trying to learn a tough subject.

This teacher has the worst teaching skills. Copied the book word by word as our notes. The students knew the material better than him. I dropped his class, but kepped going to it and only four students stayed, but probably only two passed. Super difficult teacher and hard to understand.

Worst math teacher ever. Copies the book EXACTLY as it is for notes. You're better off studying by yourself. His test are way different from the homework and will surprise you with a quiz in the beginnig of class. You will not learn a thing. Very difficult to undestand. Avoid taking him.
