Tells you exactly what is expected. He has a sense of humor with law and makes it easy to understand. I received a B+ because I forgot to do a last assignment. If you like the aspects of law in a business then this class will be easy for you. Recommend taking this class.

Took 1800 and 1811 with Harold. Let me tell you, I recieved a D+ in BOTH of these classes. He wouldn't bump my grade when I was only .005% away from a C. His grading scale is stupid. a 72% is a C-, where a 71.995 is a D+. PLEASE take these classes in the combined semester, and please take it with Jodi instead of Harold. He is also a packers Fan.
