Reads from powerpoints all 75 minutes. Entirely too much information, I took on average 6 pages of notes each time the class met. There are only three tests so be prepared to study a vast number of pages and power points for each of them, or you will not pass... I promise.

Lectures via PowerPoints every day. Very boring; I had trouble paying attention, which is not usually a problem for me. Only 2 tests the whole semester, but get ready to study all those PowerPoints if you want to do well. He is very helpful in regard to questions, though. Don't bother buying a textbook.

Dr. Jackson was my advisor at one point in time and, reading some of these comments, I wonder if some of you are mistaking the professor on whom you're commenting. He was nothing but helpful to me - genuinely kind, interested in his field, and highly approachable. Perhaps it was your own incompetence which kept you from seeing him in a favourable light.
