Horrible professor, very weird. Kind of funny in that respect. But he takes his class very seriously and seems to go out of his way to give people a hard time. Hardest, worst class I've ever taken. I think Professor Sorkin is very inspirational. He made an online class fun and stayed in close contact with the class. He uses funny graphics to be personable. He had 2 review sessions before each test so that as many students as possible could attend. He was always willing to schedule an online review when I was confused by the subject matter.

He was amazing. I took his oline MAT0024 class and he was by far the best! He was very understanding of the situations I was going through at the time of his class, and did everything in his power to hwlp me out. Also he was attentive, if i wasn't doing my work one week, i'd recieve an email asking if everything was ok? Highly recommend!!!!!!

This professor is one of the worst teacher i ever encounter. Eventhough this was an online math class, the first day of orientation he was very unorganized and has the weirdest rule. Even if you did pass the test because you did not attend his session on the blackboard you would get point deducted.He get is classes mixed up. horrible!!! Professor..

I love this guy!! I'm not sure how he is in a regular class but it is extremely easy online. He will answer your questions right away if you email him and is always willing to help you. I can tell he definitely loves math and loves teaching. Take the online class you will like it.

If you are not that good at math, DO NOT TAKE HIM. there are better teachers. He is a funny guy but, as far as teaching someone that hasn't taken math for a long time, or doesn't understand fast enough, don't take him. He is way too fast and clams everything on you.

Honestly he wasnt that bad of a teacher. Kinda nutty, and had a hatred for cellphones.. I only had a minor problem because i had a tendency to NOT do my homework.. If you do your homework you should be able to pass; and if you're decent with numbers, get an "A"! BTW for us, he dropped our lowest grade.

He's an okay teacher.Always turn off your cell phone because he will not hesitate to kick you out. You will learn in his class. He doesnt collect homework, but he does go over the homework. So if you dont do your homework, hell know, or ask questions when you don't understand something then you'll fail the class. He only grades the tests and exams.
