She is lovely, funny, passionate with her works, such a great instructor! However, be ready for a lot of homework. Mrs. Weyant believes that practicing matters, so don't complain that she gives you too many things to do every day. She provides extra credits, so don't panic. But start to prepare for Final from the beginning of the class.

Weyant is a wonderful teacher. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. She explains every concept and cares about her students. Also, she gives a lot of extra credits for every quiz, test, and exam. She is accessible outside class so if you do not get what she has taught, you should come to her office hours. She is always willing to help.

*My opinion is from her Calculus class, apparently her Pre-Calculus classes are very different* Weyant explains concepts in terms of proofs and they're extremely confusing. She also rushes through the content and leaves a lot of blank spots in student's learning. Her tests are also EXTREMELY difficult. Like crazy level difficult.

I highly recommend you to take the class with Mrs. Weyant. She is such a wonderful energetic intructors that she always gives us encouraging feedback and chances to develop ourselves (upgrade our scores also). If you pay time and attention to the lessons seriously, you will handle tests and quizes well. Good luck!

She is heralded as the smartest math teacher at Edmonds. Her grading criteria is very specific- she is looking for logical thought and specific notations. If you do not learn from the corrections on the quizzes you will pay on exams. Hard work alone will not be enough for a 4.0

She is a pretty good instructor for the most part. It is math so it wont ne easy and there's homework every day for the most part, but the real problem is how she speaks to students. If you don't get something she will help you but only after saying things like "this is so easy how do you not get it?" It makes you not want to ask for help again.

Her lectures are extremely fast pace (had to teach myself most the content outside of class) She would have rude responses to questions, which was a big turn off for me. When I needed help I wouldn't ask for any because when people did, she made them feel stupid for asking. The tests/quizzes are not very difficult but they are 92% of your grade.

Jadwiga is a great professor, she knows the material very well and can explain anything that you ask her. Be able to find help if needed to keep up if you are falling behind, but her lectures were enough.

First off, I want to say she's a great teacher and cares about her students. She just goes through material very quickly and in a way that didn't suit my learning style, assigns too much homework, and can sometimes come off a little condescending when people don't get things that are "so easy" to her.

I've always struggled with math, but never had this much trouble--this was one of the hardest classes I've ever had to take. There was so much homework, the content is very memorization heavy, and the lecture notes, though convenient, didn't always help much. People who failed calc at uni said this was harder. Kind but tough teacher, awful class.

I finish calculus 2 and 3 with GPA 3.7 and 3.9, come back for cal1 just to retake for a better score, no lie, but I finish her class with my worst grade in EDCC. Tons of reasons why you have a better choice in Edmonds than hers: Heaviest homework, toughest grader I ever met in the math department, rude to the first-time cal learner... UR GRADES MATTER!

She is such a "lovely little lady" ! She is super cute and has lots of experience. She gave us lots of hand outs that clearly explain and cover all stuff so that you wont have to take too many notes. She gave extra credits in all quizzes and tests. As long as you attend class and understand all her lecture, you can do well in this class.

I never failed a math class but this one. There is a ton of homework and quiz every week including 2 tests and a final that is heavily covering the last chapter of the class. I find her rude in terms of when asking for help because whenever you do she will say that she covered it before and will not finish explaining when starts.

Weyant is a wonderful teacher. She explains the contents clearly likes to interact with her students. Anytime you have a question about any problem she will explain it to you without any problem. I would take her class again.

I absolutely hate math but Jadwiga actually made the class enjoyable. It's definitely a difficult class, but Jadwiga explains things in a way that makes you understand the concept better. She also gives great lectures everyday, so if you attend class daily, you'll have great notes for all the quizzes/tests. She's best math instructor I've had.
