You will not learn Contracts from Professor Douglas. He is Socratic method heavy, and relies on mostly subjective essay tests for his grading. You need to concentrate on practice multi-choice questions for the comps (bar practice) and outside supplements to learn anything. He really never opens his mouth to say a thing.

Douglas forces you to read and be prepared for class or else you'll get kicked out! At first it seems harsh but by the end of the year you're thanking him when you realize just how much you know about contracts.
