I guess you either like him or you don't. I did. Be prepared to read alot and learn some stuff on your own, but his experiance in the area is pretty amazing and he bring that experiance to his teaching, especially 2nd semester. His lectures supplement the reading.

Avoid at all costs. Con Law is a dense subject that needs to be taught in a comprehensible manner. Not the case here ... find someone else. I hear it's a toss up b/w Kniprath and Ramachandran.

He's very charismatic in a subject that needs much charisma. My grade is awful, but that's my own fault for missing too many classes. You've gotta be thick-skinned because of his sarcasm but his classes are good because he's pretty thorough. One thing I liked a lot was his consistency. He followed his syllabus very closely.

Good sense of humor and easy going during class, but I don't think he taught anything. As long as you read all the cases assigned, you'll do fine.

What he lacks in ability to teach he tries to make up for with humor, but I was there to learn, and didn't get much of that. There were times in class when a student would correct him on the text of the Constitution, which I found very disturbing considering Kushner was teaching Con Law. Learn it on your own.

Brillant in land use. He probably is crazy, but delightful. Loved him in con law, but cursed him when I was studying for the bar because I realized he hadn't taught us anything, except when writing the bar -- dormant commerce clause -- I realized he had, in his own unique way.

Entertaining prof in class, and he is brilliant in the area of con law. Some people get annoyed with his humor, but I always liked it because it kept the class light. Be careful of the final because there are no real cut sheets to go off f when studying.

Brilliant and funny. Kushner is a great lecturer. Interesting class and he knows it well. But his exam is deceptive. Be sure to do a couple of practice exams well in advance of the final. Get his feedback so you know how he wants you to write his exam. Hi
