Pretty straight forward. Took this course online and had no problems at all. Just read the book and it's all understood.

The worst teacher I've ever had. He is impossible to contact, as I took this class online. That is his preference. He does not want you to reach him. Never responds to emails. Will take points off and not explain why. Terrible terrible terrible terrible!!!

He was easy to understand. If you dont get computers and programming this might now be the class for you. He is really clear and answers any questions you have. I dont know why ppl are down playing him so bad.

You will every moment of class. You will not understand a word he says. He will give you all the answers for the homework assignments. You will take the final (which is 70% of you grade in the hybrid class) and he will curve it beyond reason. I got a 115 in the class. I orginally got a 85 on the final. I would never take a class from him again

I thought that people were just being harsh and he could be that bad. WOW was i wrong, he is the worst teacher iv dealt with so far in my life. The only reason i came to class was to write down the answers he handed out freely. I couldnt understand what he was talking about and basicly had to teach myself. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!

Teacher is unclear and vague. His jokes aren't funny. Class is boring and hard to follow. Learn the programming language from someone who already knows it, or on the internet because it is nearly impossible to learn anything in this class

Not nearly as bad as the rest of the reviews would lead you to believe. His lectures can be a bit scattered, but he has genuine enthusiasm for the subject and makes the effort to help out students that are having a hard time grasping the concepts. The test questions are all multiple choice and straight out of the book.

He is a nice person but for teaching, NO. I was able to pass both the C++ classes just because i knew the language before hand. Tried COBOL, which i did not know, could not understand anything. Try someone else. Hard to understand teacher. Tests are mostly english when it is computer course.

Stay home and read the book, or show up and have the book read to you. Get ready for the "surprise" test material. Seek help from your fellow classmates in completing the labs. Don't worry about initial test scores, your grade is curve depend

The worst Instructor ever!!! CSCC should reconsider it's policy regarding Instructors. I don't think that making jokes and not teaching at all (but expecting too much) is something students are looking for!!!

Really a bad time. He does not talk clearly, and when you can understand what he's saying its usually wrong. He teaches computer languages that he doesn't know.

This is the worse course I have ever taken. Material and teacher are awful. The class average for midterm and final was a D. Had to add points so someone would at least pass. Think the tests have errors but there is no way to find out.

Teaches his opinions and not the info in the book. Tests contain incorrect problems/answers. He mumbles and goes off on incoherent tangents. He faces the blackboard and not the students. Most of the students dropped out of the two courses I took with him.
