Dr. Linsdell is super helpful and nice. She is professional and very enthusiastic about teaching. I enjoyed her class a lot even there were lots of in-class writings. English is my second language, and my writing skills improved a lot after taking her class. Choose her and you will never regret!

Dr Linsdell is an asset to this department. She is super clear, helpful, and nice. There are a lot of writing assignments both in-class and out of class. She will help you if you ask her for a help and feedback. I enjoyed taking her class in the summer and will recommend taking her class! I got an A

Awesome professor. Super nice, crystal clear, easy A if you do all the work. Almost no homework, and don't even bother getting the textbooks. Class is targeted toward stereotypical engineers(bad communicators)and is not helpful at all if you are a decent writer, but it is probably helpful for the average engineering student at SJSU.

She is someone who can improve your English even if you are perfect in English.Very helpful,Enthusiastic,Lively, Friendly. Always motivates and takes you to the real world when you have to report your boss. Many things to learn from her class. I would say this class would be compulsory for all.

Great Professor! ENGR100W required alot of work for the summer session but Linsdell did a excellent job teaching it. She has alot of passion to help students write convincing memos and formal letters.

Easy teacher, but be careful when citing sources for your reports. She was also not very nice to me when I had to make up a test for another class and I had an oral presentation that day for her class (I couldn't take the test at any other time except during her class time). Stay on her good side.

A genuine professor with lots of enthusiasm. She is quite kind and helpful and modest with everyone. She is very loving and teaches with a fun way. Dr. Linsdell is a "picture perfect" professor. I am glad I got to learn so many things from her. A lifelong inspiration for me!

Super easy class especially when you have a good handle on the english language. Many of the students were ESL and struggled but I got a 100% in the class.

She is really helpful, she asks to purchase 2 books, really don't need them. Attendance is mandatory at labs since you have to turn in assignments every lab. Some times she takes roll in the seminar. Overall really good teacher.

You will have to do a pop oral presentation, a group presentation, and a indivisual presentation. She fairly grades for each assignment. Do all the work on time, and you will do well in this class. She is very helpful and on students' side. Her lectrures are interesting, too. Take this class with her!
