Comment:

Great teacher, Though it is really easy to fall behind in class if you don't review your notes nightly. He is the best professor I've had so far at Western. Believe it or not I got a D, in this class but I don't blame it on him. I should have studied more. He has great examples for the topics he talks about. He is also really funny.

Comment:

He is my favorite professor and very luckily my advisor as well. He has continuously fueled my passion for geology and earth science. Love this guy! He taught my beloved geology teacher from high school when he was in college at Western as well. He cares about his students success.

Comment:

He is witty and entertaining during his lectures. This is my second term with him. I have learned more from his class demonstrations than from my Labs (with a different instructor). He does pass out a lot of print outs for studying and his tests (mid-termfinal) always have the quiz questions, word for word, on them. Listen and study to do well.

He really goes above and beyond to reach understanding. He prints handouts, creates activities, buys cookies, gives opportunities to correct work. He pulls from Youtube, Powerpoint, maps, papers, models, samples and more. I would recommend him to anyone that wants to learn. You can tell he loves what he does.

Weird. But funny, easily one of the most hilarious teachers i've had, if you like weird nerd humor.class is easy to get a good grade in if you just put the work in. also pretty good looking if you go for the nerdy silver fox type haha.

I absolutely love and adore Dr. Templeton. The lectures are entertained with humor and keep students' interest. He's intelligent, nerdy, and very good looking. Oh, and his classes are fantastic but work is required.

I thought he was very entertaining.He does a great job with his powerpoints, very easy to follow. He makes funny jokes and doesn't mind going off on a completely different subject! Study for the tests and come to class, you'll be fine! Very little homework.

He is pretty ok, he changes the volume and tone of his voice to keep you interested. Some times used wierd voices. Once used toliet paper to help students grasp the concept of time... wierd.
