The class is very straightforward - read the textbook, answer the questions, discuss questions in class. Exam questions are practically identical to questions assigned before class. She's really great at explaining & works to make sure everyone understands. Taking her again next semester & I don't even like law!

Took her spring semester online for law150. Lots of hw which require textbook readings. 3 tests which were confusing. MC, T/F and short answer. She is a strict grader, not very leanient. She makes you use lockdown broser with camera .... Woudnt recomend!

She is a good professor but really tough. She will question everything you say and especially the homework, but it is all for your own good and practice. Be ready and prepared for the class discussion as participation is important. She only lectures in small and limited classes so everyone participates.

One of the better professors at Pace. I took this online & her narrated Lectures were excellent. They were clear & concise. After doing your first attempt of the problems, se gave excellent feedback so you can improve on your answers to be submitted for a grade. I would definitely take this professor again. She made Bus Law easy to understand.

She is kind of rude. I'm sure she doesn't mean or realize it. She has a very strong personality like almost all lawyers. Although she goes over the homework every class and gives plently of examples in order for the class to better understand.

Would definitely take her in other classes. She gave us audio lectures and all homework are from the lectures. She had clear explanations on every topics. There were three tests. If you did well in every chapter quizzes (which can be taken unlimited times online), you will be fine. Won't need a textbook. A super great law professor.

SHE IS SIMPLY THE BEST LAW PROF EVER. She tells you exactly what she wants, and she explains all the cases so clearly. Exams are all from hw, which she explains in her audio lectures. I never thought I would learn so much about LAW through an online class. JUST LOVE HER.

Comment:

Magaldi is a great professor. She is very clear with her explanations and doesn't like to move forward if people don't understand. The textbook is hard to follow, but she will make things easier for you. Your grade is based on only 3 exams, but she takes questions from the homework's so make sure you pay attention when she discusses the answers.

Comment:

Professor Magaldi was extremely clear with what she expected of students in her online section of Law 101. She was very helpful when it came to dealing with glitches on Blackboard. She is amazing and I recommend her to anyone. Do the work and you will do well. Emphasis on textbook assignments, which are somewhat difficult but she will help!

one of my favorite professors!! she is amazing and explains everything with good scenarios that make u understand the law. We have 2 exams and a final. You do hw before class and then discuss the chapter and go over hw during class. I def would recommend prof magaldi. shes the best!

There are three exam total(multiple choice and short answers): one exam, midterm and final. Attendence is mandatory and 15 problems of homework from each chapter. Professor Malgadi is a very nice lady, she explains everything clearly, she cares about her students and she is willing to stay longer if you cannot finish the exam on time.

I really like this professor. If you do not understand she will explain something 50 times until you get it, even if you ask a question that someone else asked 10 minutes ago. Tests were very representative of homework problems. You have to do the homework for this class, or you won't understand.

Great teacher made everything easy to understand, went over anything we had trouble with, and was fair. Tests arent hard if you pay attention in class. Def take her if you can, we only used text book for hw, and the rest of the class was baised on her notes on the board, everything you have to know for the tests she talks about in class.

I love her. She is competent, clear, and simple. She teaches the material. The homework is long but not nearly bad at all. The writes sloppy on the board but she discusses everything and explains well. The tests are simple. Know the material and there are no tricks no complications. Take her!
