Jessica is the best professor ever. She is so helpful. She is really nice and cares for the students. She puts so much time into the drafts to give you enough feedback to revise them. She wants you to get a good grade. English is my second language, but I got an A for this class because she taught me how to write a good essay.

Jessica is amazing!! I recommend her to anyone who asks who they should take for English 101. She is very kind and is willing to work with you on your essays. You will definitely see an improvement on your essay skills if you take her! She is also very passionate about what she teaches so it keeps you engaged! I would 100% take her class again!

Best English professor I have ever had! She is incredibly caring for her students and very funny. She gives back great advice for essays and gives very clear instructions on how to pass the class. I wish she had been my first choice for English 101 since I had to drop it twice before taking it with her.

Comment:

I would say that I began to love writing and reading because of her even though I used to extremely hate English. She is an inspirational and skilled English teacher ever. The class never became boring because she filled it with her humorous. Her prompts for each essay are intelligibly created that you would learn something new from it. Take her!

I have always struggled with writing, but she really taught me a lot. She is a tough grader and it's no secret to her. The class was difficult, but she is very empathetic and gives AMAZING feedback. She gives you enough time to write essays and it's a slow process at first, but at the end of the semester, you will a faster pace and improvement.

Comment:

All ENGL101 classes are challenging. There's no way out of that. However, Jessica makes it so easy and manageable! I started this class thinking I wasn't gonna get an A (especially after my first essay grade) but I'm ending the class with an A! There's plenty of easy HW that you need to turn in for credit and that helps boost your grade. TAKE HER!

Mrs. Jessica Treglia is a wonderful teacher, she will help a lot with everything you need to get you on the right track of the assignment. Her class is hard but absolutely worth it. you will be a better writer if you worked with her. I took her ENG 102 class and it was hard class but very enjoyable one with her inspirational personality.

English and writing has never been a real interest of mine. She is so unbelievably helpful when it comes to making sure you are prepared to write your essays. She gives great exercises to help alleviate some of the pain of writing them as well. She is also very engaging and quite funny.

she is so comprehensive and is able to help you. that's what i loved about her, the fact that she was willing to help me when i was failing and i was still able to earn a B. her passion for her profession is noticeable through her lectures and assignments. you do a lot of group work and it gets annoying at times but besides that she is the BEST!

Best teacher I have had so far.I hate writing essays and English has never been my strongest subject, but I learned a lot in her class.Although there are quite a few essays, she does allow time for you to meet with her and is very good with giving feedback.Was a bit challenging but I passed the class=).Highly recommend her for English 100.

I'm sure Prof. Treglia is a great teacher but her creative writing class did not go well for me. I came to class everyday, did all the work, participated, and thought I did pretty well but only barely pulled off a passing grade. If you're the quiet type I'd stay away from this one as it is pretty much mandatory you talk every class.

I enjoyed having her as an English professor. She's really nice and she really cares for her students. Anyone can pass her class at least with a C. The assignments aren't difficult, her grading is fair. I would highly recommend her to anyone. I really want her to teach Eng 101 so that I can take her class.
