Comment:

He was a pretty good teacher, but you really have to study outside or with a group in order to get a good grade (really like most classes). His tests are fairly easy. It's rare that he will put a weird question on the test, but it's been known to happen. He uses online homework, which really sucks, but I think it's required. Overall, he was good!

Wilczak is an EXCELLENT instructor. He is tough but fair and expects you to put in the hard work in order to achieve success in the class. I found his teaching style to have a perfect mix of dilligence and patience and feel very fortunate indeed that he was my teacher for this course.

Haha he was a cool guy. A little unclear at times but definitely a good teacher to take pre-calc from. I'm really bad at math and got a "B" so that is proof enough :p

Horrible teacher... he picks favorites and makes the class endurably boring. Plus, he makes mistakes all the time while doing math problems and picks on you if you don't do your homework. ITS A COLLEGE CLASS!!! College professors aren't supposed to care whether or not you do your hw but he always complains at the ppl who don't.. try to avoid

if you really do pay attention in class and do the homework most of the time, you'll pass no problem. He does play favorites quite a lot, if you make him mad in the beginning, he'll hate you for the rest of the semester. Pretty boring class, but what can you expect with the material.

Worst teacher ever. He's a total jerk. Wilczak would probably be much more at home teaching an AP high school calculus class, because it's practically like that already. Students can use their homework notebook on the test, but it's not useful, since his tests have nothing to do with it. Also, his classroom is freezing (even during summer).

Has the sensitivity of a four year old girl. Slight him in the lightest and he'll look for every oppurtunity to dock points from you. Good thing Stats is easy material in the first place.

Each hw assignment is only worth 2 points so if you do all the hw and score bad on the tests you will do bad in the class.He lets you use your hw notebooks on the tests but it isn't that helpful because he writes the problems on the tests COMPLETELY different then the hw problems.If you are going to take statistics, sign up for a different teacher!

I HATE math and don't do well in it at all. However, with tutoring, I was able to pass his class with a B. Take good notes and do all your assignments. Am a little bitter he made us take a test on 9/11/01..... go figure some people.
