Hes an easy teacher to take Critical Reading with. Goes off topic a lot during lecture and doesn't really get anything done but it doesn't matter to him because the final is easy you don't need to study, it's basically common sense. Just do the journal entries that are assigned and hand them in and you will pass.

Cool guy overall. Expect to have a journal entry for every class, which usually takes about an hour or two each night. Pay a little attention and get your work done and you'll be fine. His class may get boring at times but he has good stories and an even better sense of humor.

Callahan was a great teacher, very understanding. Make sure you keep checking in with him on work thats due because he does sometimes forget, and will effect your grade. Overall class was easy, no major complaints.

Good teacher and very easy to communicate with. Tests were super easy but you have to write 3 papers to pass. He has a different back round than most academics so expect a slightly different experience. He is very unorganized.

Great teacher. He gives a lot of work but its easy work. He does not really grade on the test, he grades on if your doing the hw and all the busy work. Hes very understanding and realizes that students have a life outside of class.

He's great for many reasons. Just ignore the whiners. About half of my class didn't want to be there to begin with. I did the work and I improved my reading. Thats the bottom line. Callahan cares and he shows it. I think he deserves a better school and better students. If you don't want to do alot of work though take someone else.

he is kewl but kinda boring
