He mentions almost every class that he has "over 20 years experience" which got quickly annoying. Instead of helping, he tells you to get up and pretty much does your drawing for you. None the less, he's very chill. He had us tell jokes in class while he was demoing. Sounds to me like he's a great teacher in other subjects.

He was a little tough, but he's cool you just have to put in the effort like show up to class and on time. I got an A and I don't remember trying very hard at all. Oh yeah also he will sell wood and stuff for kind of a lot, I think. If you go to like fisher lumber you can get what you need for free, or cheap.

He is very helpful, but if he would give more written instructions, we would not waste time in class going over the dos and don'ts. For example, he gets angry if you don't treat the equipment well, understandably, but if he gave more initial instructions, it wouldn't happen as often. He is very knowledgable, but a little hot-tempered sometimes.

One of my favorite teachers I've had. You'll actually become a highly skilled artist in his class. It is a very straight-forward course and reasonable grading. It is art, so it is time consuming, but also rewarding. Highly recommended for all courses he teaches.
