Dr Shelley is the man!I cannot say enough about him as a person. He's really flexible and understanding. He is also more concerned with your learning and understanding of the concept more than simply face value. Truly cares for his students and their learning. He can be boring at times but definitely a great professor

I cannot say enough about him as a person. He's sweet and flexible and much more interested in your experience than your fulfilling preset guidelines. He is also an engaging and smart teacher who never says quite what you think he will.

Super-nice guy, interested in his students on a personal level. His voice will put you to sleep, however. Talks more about his wife than he does the Bible. I don't feel like I learned much. Tests are usually essay.

You make the same grade on everything no matter how hard you work or what you deserve. He is SO boring and not helpful AT ALL. The more you seek his help, the more frustrated you get. By far my worst classroom experience at Furman! Nice man, wretched professor.

Don't listen to what other people say, he is sooo boring and unclear. He has outlines that don't make sense and then his test are completely random. He gives the same grades everytime and his lectures make you want to shoot yourself. Avoid him. Have a nice day
