One of the top 3 professors I've ever taken. It was my first photo class and he made photography a huge intrest in my life. He's extremely talented and has a good eye. His honesty helps to branch out you own cretivity. Always willing to help and push for something better.

Professor Mastrojohn is too hard for a beginners class. He needs to encourage and help students instead of focusing on being so negative and discouraging them! Maybe if he knows so much he should be a professional and not teach at a college that is not even known for art majors.

Wow. all the people who rate Prof. Mastrojohn poorly need to realize that they are just whiney brats who think they know everything and are not prepared for college. It's not highschool anymore! DUH! get with the program and wake up! Mastrojohn is the best beginners photo teacher by far. You won't learn anything with the other losers.

This man is the most unfair harsh professor at Manhattanville College! He informs of his students of the final project when they ask in class exactly one week before the final. All did the whole semester was lecture the class about how this isnt highschool anymore and we need to manage our time correctly.

Prof. Mastrojohn is the best beginners photography teacher in the department. He is totally laid back but very helpful and you definately learn alot from his class. Also, he is very good looking! I highly recommend taking photo with him. A+
