One of the best professors at CSUF. Honestly, if you're looking for an easy A this is not the class for most people. I loved the material and the teaching method. He is very helpful, even outside of class. Highly recommend going review exams during office hours. Study his questions, so you can do better next time. STUDY the material.

Professor Atzeff is hilarious and amazing!! He may have super hard exams but has a generous curve and makes sure that you understand the materials. If you still don't understand the concepts, I would go to his office hours. I unfortunately got a C in this course but it's definitely doable if you review the outlines!

Atzeff is amazing! The content for the course could be so difficult but he makes it easy through personal examples. He knows his stuff so dont be afraid to ask him questions. His exams are more difficult than average, but his curve is extremely generous. The textbook isnt necessary. Just pay attention in class and youll do well.

Great professor who cares about his students. Textbook is not needed to pass this class, all needed information is given during lecture and is online. Material can get boring, but make sure you are taking good notes. Material can be hard to memorize but he curves test.

Boring subject, but he makes it entertaining where he can. It's a lot of subject to cover and study, but he curves A LOT. W/o curve I got an 80%, but with the curve I got an A. Don't think you need the textbook, study lecture notes on titanium. Easy to pass, but you have to work for an A. Barely any hw, just quiz and test. Funny, likable professor.

I've never written one of these before but after my 4th semester, I can confidently say that he is my favorite professor. He's very passionate and knowledgable about the subject and he's very sweet and cares about his students. The material of the class in itself is difficult, but it's curved. I actually looked forward to coming to this class

He's very passionate about the subject and tries to keep the subject entertaining because it's a difficult subject to grasp. Exams are difficult, but he gives generous curves. 3 exams with 70 questions. He provides notes for you, so if you study that and show up to lectures; You will ace this class.

Atzeff is a great, very knowledgeable professor. He lectures every class and passes around a sign-in sheet. If you miss too many lectures you'll lose points (apparently). The tests are tricky but the curve is a huge help and coming to class will make it much easier to get a good grade. I only read the book before the first test and did fine.

Really knowledgeable professor. Tests are weighted heavy. All of them are multiple choice. Non-cumulative final. Has quizzes that are not on the syllabus but he'll give you the notice several classes before the quiz. Has cases that are worth three points. If you go to his office hours, he'll tell you exactly what he's looking for. Take him

He is an experienced professional and professor. If you like law, you can learn a lot from this class. If you don't like law, you can still pass the class if you try.

This Professor is literally caring and down to earth. He provides you a lecture outline for each chapter and he reviews it in class thoroughly and as detailed as possible. Best thing is, he uses his real life examples to apply it to lectures in order for students to understand the concept. The material is tough, but Atzeff will help you grasp it!

He has a ton of experience from being a lawyer for decades. He loves teaching the class and will even call you personally to help you out if you a struggling. Even with all this though, he definitely does make the class tough. Exams are extremely hard, but he makes a generous curve to make up for it. Studying is necessary, but he you will like him!

Class is based on two midterms (85 questions) and a final (70 questions). Lectures the whole class but makes them interesting because of the real life examples he uses. He may seem intimating but he is really a nice guy. Provides an outline of notes on Titanium (bring laptop and just add to the notes). Atzeff truly cares about his students.
