Prof. Van Zile is incapable of providing teaching that is inclusive of diversity. She seems nurturing at first, but her lessons are unorganized, feedback is shallow, comments are condescending, and analysis is typical liberal multi-culti- whitesplaining. If you don't agree with her opinion, she penalizes and shames you.

Watch out if you aren't a dance major, she will resent you for it. Papers are graded pretty tough, lot's of out of class performances you have to see (and pay for) and reading to do in the library. Tests are really hard. Attendance isn't mandatory but good luck if u miss a day of notes. Interesting subjects but she makes it harder than it should be
