Comment:

Professor Latterell is a pretty good teacher although she is a tough grader and her assignments are not clear. Do not expect to get a response email from her and do not expect good feedback on your papers. If you do not like writing do not take her class. She is however a sweet lady who wants you to succeed.

Assigns 4 major essays throughout the course with little assignments that go along with them in between. Overall great teacher. As long as you go to class and an occasional office hour she is more than willing to help you out

If you do not like to write you will hate this class. There are 4 big writing assignments with a few smaller ones in-between. Instructions are confusing and put in a way only she can understand.

Avoid her: unuseful for office hours, never responds to emails, very poor at grading! If you can take any other teacher at any cost! She never is fully there and when asking question she will simply revert it back to you. Classes are pointless but you "must go". Worst professor ever should be fired

she is one of the worst professors I've ever had. I was in my 3rd year of engineering and none of my classes required as much work as her's. The class was the worst class I've taken in my college Career.

Terrible professor. Her instructions are in a way she can only understand them. And her final assignment is like next to impossible to finish. She gives little help when you need it and doesn't even reply to your email. I have to say I'm giving her a 0 out of 5 (0/5). She's that bad.

This "teacher" is the most unclear, homework loaded professor I've ever had. Her class might be easy if you were taking five credits or less, because for how much you have to write in that hell hole, you'd swear we were all trying to be professional authors. If you have her, gtfo.

she gives a LOAD of assignments.. plentyyyyy of writing done in this class.. some topics are interesting, some arent.. I am doing good in the class I know i will receive an A, however i would recommend a different professor if you are not looking to write your life away

Overall, she uses a book she wrote for this course...and despite that you will refer to it for maybe 5-6 times at most. I personally think that the book she uses is...terrible the other book is awesome that isn't by her. Your papers are spaced out there is a lot of in class writing, but as stated she does cancel a lot.

Easy class! it is so easy to get a's on the papers, write your papers on things that she isn't expecting people to write on and she'll love it. talk to her about your paper before you turn it in and you're good to go for an A! she cancels class a lot.

She is a pretty easy teacher, she doesn't come to class a lot, 4 major papers, and some short ones. She is pretty helpful and so are the peer reviews. You only use the remix book do not buy the grammar one, waist of 30$ ! If you go to class and hand stuff in on time you'll get an A- but if u do exceptionally well on the papers youll get an A ! (:

She is a great teacher. She is very clear in setting guidelines for what she expects of each of her students. She gives every opportunity for success by allowing students to rewrite papers three times before handing them in for a grade. She is always willing to help and the only way you won't succeed in this class is if you don't try.
