Easy A as long as you listen and take notes, her lectures can help you to appreciate art from different perspective. No HW, almost no need to study for exams, all you need to do is sit back and listen. All questions are from her lectures. She carefully selected many famous paintings for her lecture and made it available to everyone, super good!!

Prof. Kramer gives really good lecture, there are many familiar paintings presented in her class and she gives passionate guidance along with the history background of those paintings. The exams are straight forward and easy, everything is in her lectures. Easy A if you are willing to learn something about art. Highly recommended! Minimum study!!!!

She was the worst professors I have ever had. She did not care if the students learn anything. For example she will not stop or take any questions during her lectures. She only grades based on 3 tests. I went to every class but at the end of the year she said it would not count towards my grade. Will never take another class with her.

Easy A class. If you're looking for an easy way to get an art credit this is your class. The material is horribly boring and she gets mad every time someone stands up in lecture. If you can teacher yourself the material from Artsor or the text don't bother going to class just show up for the tests. She is ok teacher but knows why people take this.

She lectures the whole time and does not stop for questions or care if anyone is paying attention. Everyone does other things on their computers which shows she doesn't really care if we get the information. Only 3 tests and a paper which aren't bad but the lectures are not interesting at all.

Do NOT buy the text book, used solely as a "reference" (can find book online for free). She is an extremely nice and pleasant professor, but if you are not an art major, you WILL fall asleep in her class, especially in the mornings. She takes attendance but does NOT effect your grade- which she will later tell you- tests are easy with study guide

I absolutely loved this class! Kathy knows the material and it's clear that she loves what she's doing. It's an easy class to do well in, just show up and take notes to get an A. Can't wait to take another art history class with her!

She's the sweetest, cutest lady ever!! Seriously she's a huge sweetheart! You wont regret taking her class, easy A, tons of extra credit opportunities, and the exams are very straight forward. She also gives out study guides prior to each exam. Bummed I cant take this class again.

she loves art and can talk about it for the entire class. can get very boring. only have 3 tests and lowest grade gets dropped & the final is a 1500 word essay on art work so make sure to at least take some notes in class for the paper. if you review the study guide you should be fine

Didn't go to class often and didn't read the textbook and got an A. Probably one of the easier Art GEs. If your not interested in art and are just trying to get by with an easy class this is the class for you.

Dr. Kramer knows and loves her subject. She is very IN the Art World and not just a remote academic. Her class was wonderful. If you pay attention, don't skip, and take notes, you will do well. She offers a lot of opportunity for extra credit. If you listen, she tells you everything you need to know for the test.

If you want to sleep through a class I recommend this teacher. Her class is really boring and attendance isn't mandatory which makes it hard to force yourself to go. If you don't go to class though the tests will be difficult and there's only 3. The final paper at the end is a little difficult too. Out of 10, I'd give her a 6.

The most boring class if you have no intrest in art history. Attendance is not mandatory and I barely went, and still recieved a B+. Just look over the study guides and you'll be fine. The fianl is a paper, and is easy if you have the textbook. If you need to fullfill this GE I would take it with her

Her class is very easy and she's very nice. However, it is an extremely boring class and all you do is sit and look at paintings for an hour and 15 minutes. I wouldn't recommend taking it too early in the morning. Attendance is mandatory but you shouldn't miss too many classes or it can get confusing. No final exam but you have to write a paper.

Her class is the easiest class EVER! Attendance is not mandatory! She gives 3 multiple choice tests, which one of them you can opt out of or she will drop the lowest one. Also there is one four page paper on any art subject you want. TAKE HER CLASS... if you want an easy A. The only downside, you WILL fall asleep in her class.

dont take the class at 830 am-- you will fall asleep. other then that she is a great teacher, her class is extremely easy. i think we had 3 tests and then the final, but her tests are so so so easy and she gives study guides-- they tell you exactly what is on the test. she does talk and talk and talk, but shes such a nice lady!! i recommend her!
