Really great teacher. I thought my online class would be a bore, but she's managed to make it surprisingly pleasant to do along with the course. I love when teachers are straight to the point. I would definitely take another one of her classes.

Took this--Professional Comm. because I didn't want ONLY public speaking. So glad I took this class! Teacher was always in a good mood! Didn't judge anybody and made everything we covered seem actually relevant! My parents' age, but I would love to have someone like her as a BFF! I hated missing her class.

Intro to Film. I thought would be just watching movies, but she opened up the whole world of filmmaking! She let us vent about assignments and asked us our opinion. Students changed their minds about what makes a film "good" when we learned whether we thought we were or not! Cool class! (But you did have to work and she liked you to be in class)

I dreaded taking speech in college. Prof Steffen actually made it interesting!I know,like,how? But she somehow got us into the book stuff and showed us how to LISTEN critically to help us learn from everyone else's speech. And she's so into the class and kind of hot, actually, for a teacher.
