Comment:

He gives vague questions to answer in your papers - but the purpose of the class is to make you think. His lectures are entertaining but at the same time, really make you evaluate the way you see the world. You won't regret taking him! Put work into this class and you will be fine.

Professor McCormack is very knowledgeable about Spirituality and Social Justice. His voice alone makes you want to listen what he has to say. I learned a lot in four weeks about what is going on in the world and things that might help to make it better. Thank you so much Deacon!!!!

He is probably one of the best professors that I've taken here at Molloy. He keeps class so entertaining and interesting. You will not fall asleep. The class work is relatively easy. He is sometimes unclear with what he wants but he is not a tough grader. Participate because he likes it. You'll love him and this class.

Professor McCormack is "the bomb!" He is very funny and a great story teller. It's hard to be in a four hour class but he makes it worth it. Would definitely recommend him and take him again!!

He is very rarely there for students which is ironic because he is a high school principal. He gave complicated papers and refused to answer any emails in order to clarify. Being a high school principal you would think he would have background and knowledge on how to be an effective teacher however, he doesn't or just simply doesn't care.

Heard great things about McCormack however, was very disappointed after taking him. The class itself was not hard and he was very funny and did his best to make the class fun. However, he would NEVER answer emails. He would assign a paper that was very unclear and then not answer his emails which shows he's not available for his students.

He is a funny guy but if you need to contact him outside of classgood luck! He never answers emails and he also gives you his cell # to text him and he doesn't text back. He gives confusing papers and then never answers questions you have about it. If your a teacher you should answer your students emails especially when there us an assignment due.

Professor McCormack and Professor Mathews make a really good team. They are extremely helpful if you need it. They expect a lot from you but they make things light and fun. I would definitely take them again

He is VERY INTERESTING and entertaining. However you don't get any grades back until the very end of the semester like until the day the final is do. He says the earlier you hand it in the faster he will get it back to you so you can correct it and get a better grade but then you never get it back in a timely manner.

I learned a lot of things with enjoying. His teaching style is very different than others. He knows the way that how to educate. He makes it an all-around great learning experience. I can say honestly you will NOT fall asleep with Mccormack in the room.

McCormack and Mathews are great teachers. they are funny, smart, and cool at the same time. for a class thats 3x a week for 4 weeks wasnt too bad. im happy with my grade i received. i worked my butt off though. just do/keep up with the work u will be fine. class participation helps a lot.

Just finished the summer session for core. awesome teacher and not difficult. Just show up and listen and write some papers that aren't hard. Glad to have the core class out of the way in 4 weeks and it was actually kinda fun.

I was originally dreading giving up 3 summer nights a week, but this class turned out to be an inspiring class that got me to thinking again. Prof. McCormack has a unique way of getting the point across in an interesting and entertaining manner. You'll walk away smiling, yet thinking about life as well. Really enjoyed this class!!!

how does this guy not have a score of 5.0 here?! he's the best teacher ever and so nice and helpful. wish i could take him for other classes. not hard at all just do the work.
