She's great to contact outside of class for any extra help. She is very clear with her expectations for assignments and they are generally pretty easy. The class is 90% lecture, which I personally don't mind but others may not enjoy. Overall her classes are simple and if you do some reading easy to understand.

She explained everything clearly and if you have more questions she will more than welcome to help you outside the class. She always helps you with your assignments thoroughly if you ask her questions during or outside the lecture.

Rambles on and on and on and on and on. Literally makes no sense. Scatterbrained, unorganized, and doesn't know her facts. She tries to pull facts from other disciplines but clearly clueless and is always wrong. She buries you in readings/essays that are pointless. If you take this class I pray for you.

Low-key crazy, talks super fast and goes off on tangents about nothing. Literally just do the readings and you'll do fine. tests right out of the textbook and the readings on e-class. If you plan on going to class bring other work to do because its a waste of time to sit through.

Very enthusiastic about the material and clearly loves what she does. Lectures tend to be a bit dry but she tries her best to engage the class with group discussions. If you want to pass the quizzes make sure that read the material. As long as you put effort into assignments and follow the instructions you will do just fine.

Amazing professor, she either works for u or doesnt. She's very understanding and designs her courses in a way that prioritizes students. i have known classmates who dont read the textbook but perform well in her class, though i'd recommend reading the book as it is excellent. her classes are very accessible and she encourages independent research

Very scatterbrained, all over the place and she never ever teaches the material on the tests. You have to read and study in order to do well on quizzes. She's a nice enough lady but definitely not a good teacher, you can skip a lecture and be fine because it's not like she teaches anything in the class anyways

lectures are unclear be sure to read the textbooks and eclass notes, you'll go into the final blindly but she doesnt seem like a hard marker, class has group discussions which are a bit awkward, but the class isnt really a challenge at all, you have all the resources to do well in it if u want to

So not helpful. He lectures are all over the place and not on topic at all. If you want to know about bananas or the entire word by word rendition of the rights of kids with mental disabilities - take ANY of her classes. They are all the same no matter the topic. Her classes are an easy A, but if you actually want to learn something, don't do it.

Her lectures are all over the place, and I had a hard time staying awake. I honestly felt like I didn't learn anything all year, and it seemed pointless going to class. But the midterm was surprisingly easy, as you could make anything up and get part marks for it. Read the textbook and you'll do just fine.

Comment:
Yes, her lectures are incredibly disorganized, and this course's paper was far more difficult than it should have been, but she is actually a very approcahable professor who knows her stuff. As long as you read the assigned readings and show up for the quizzes, you can get at least a B-, easy.

Is completely useless! She takes an entire semester to go over three theories and spends the rest of the time driving them into your head. Talks about her own research too much. I had no motivation to go to class or to learn anything. It's like even she doesn't want to be there. Took 3 classes with her and it may as well have been the same class.

Kirstin teaches very poorly structured classes. She goes off on tangents not related at all to class material or related to the text.
