I have taken other anthropology courses, and I have to say that Prof. Gonzalez' course is just not at the level that a college course should be. She seems friendly, but more interested in being popular than academically rigourous. I was unimpressed in the course as a whole, and disappointed compared to other Anthro. professors I have had a SWC.

Mrs. Gonzalez has changed my life. Even through an internet course, I feel I have learned alot and have been inspired to learn more. She is the most wonderful teacher I have come across since my residency at Southwestern.

One of the best classes ever. Online or in person, she was/is very professional and inspiring. Her class makes you realize how big the world actually is and that the U.S. is just one VERY small part of it. It was great to study another culture across the globe and see that they are just like us!

Professor Gonzalez is amazing! The breadth and scope of her knowledge is matched only by her passion and genuine love for her students and the entire process. She breaths life into the dry bones of anthropology. And she's hot. This class changed my life.

Prof. Gonzalez is great. Took her online and I must say that she is very open-minded, understanding, and respectful of a person's opinion. I would absolutely recommend taking her. She was a great teacher, even though I never met her in person.
