He is amazing! He makes lectures interesting and entertaining. He has very much experience in the science field, so he has a great personal story for almost any topic. He loves what he does, and I would take him for any science class.

Lee is a great teacher. His passion for science and goofy personality make class more fun, even if you're not a science person (like me). He's very thorough and helpful-he offers up his own time to help you with creating a study plan that works for you. 2 extra credit quizzes for each unit! Not tested on anything not gone over in class.

This one of the easiest classes I have ever taken, however he gave me a very low participation point (which drop me a grade letter). I tried emailing him to see if I have missed any discussions but he never answered back.

The class is ok. He gives out extra credit. You have to do a natural journal assignment throughout the semester. Other assignments are submitted through blackboard. For the lab, study, study, study. For some of the exams there will be practicals.

I took Bio 1060 online, and did the lab. The lab classes are okay. You get a quiz everyday, and you turn in lab worksheets, based on the lab that was done in class. The labs are easy, but what really makes your grade are the three test which are given throughout the semester. You need to pay attention to every detail of the class to do well .

I'm taking his Online class at the moment, but also see him in person in the lab. He's a very entertaining and enthused individual, he knows his stuff and he knows how to draw you in and get excited about the subject matter. Just like any old round guy with a beard, he is very jolly, but will get strict when he needs to. Tests are EASY. Take him.

I took BIO 1060 LAB. Very easy class. Just do the experiments and pay attention. When he says you need to know something.. You need to know it. This class is very hard to fail. If you try, I have no doubt that you will get at least a B.

H e is a great teacher. You just need to attend all classes,be on time to take the extra credit quizzes, take note, do the homeworks on time and you will be good to go.He is open and available if you need help studying. specially for lab.If you ask, he will come and help you study.His exams are pretty straight forward

Very good teacher. If you just come to class to write the notes you will not have a problem on the exams. I didn't even need to study much and I got an A in the class, but I am also a bio major so that helped.

I'm taking his BIO lecture/lab. He is a nice guy; sometimes he can sound moody. If you need help he is there for you & he asks the class if anyone has questions. He offers extra credit for lecture. He says lab is too easy for extra credit. Extra credit includes quizzes that don't count against you. Labs can be fun. Funny as well & I recommend him.

Had him for Botany and LAB, did well. Make sure you take good noted, if you miss class--make sure you get good notes from someone in class. Test are mainly based on what he taught, you need notes to be able to do well on tests. He is fair/gives extra credit, but you need to show up on time in order to qualify to take the quiz for extra points.

very good professor you will learn a lot. teaches exactly what will be on the tests; which are fairly simple if you study. does turn to the textbook sometimes to try to make use of it but i felt like i wasted money buying it coz i really didnt use it.

Easy professor, easy class. Always ends class early. Gives extra credit quizzes to help your grade. Quizzes are moderately hard, you just have to study the material. The final exam takes questions from the previous exams and new material, so it ends up being very easy.

Comment:

Very knowlegable. I am doing fine in his Botany Lecture and Lab, but others are struggling. Does not use all of class time. Usually lets us out a half hour early. If you like short classes this is good, but if you don't know the info, this could be problematic. Very knowlegable, but perhaps goes a bit overboard with his political views.
