Comment:

Dr. Chung's class was such a blast. Although a bit disorganized, it is manageable. She loves talkative classes so be prepared to talk or you will be stared at awkwardly and make her slightly disappointed. I did not learn much about communication but learned many life skills in this class. She really does care for her students and is HILARIOUS.

Very opinionated. Finds students she doesn't like and constantly picks on them, so don't get on her bad side. Not a lot of homework. She is at least somewhat organized and uses powerpoints in class, although half the time she can't figure out how to work the projector. you will probably gain very little from this class.

If you thought this class was favoritism then you're in for a treat. Leeva loves females and shows it really good. It's tough when you're a male taking her class. She's not really that knowledgeable in the communications field either, its a shame this type of accredited university has lousy professors like her.

Good and thorough with her lectures. Involves external real-life situations in class. Funny as heck! Love her attitude, but unfortunately I don't appreciate her bias and oppressive stance. She claims to use vulgar language as a learning curve but it's more of a discriminating. Should be in the work force vice a professor?

The grade doesn't even matter because you will learn life changing skills and knowledge in her classes. She is truly passionate about what she does. Be flexible, she is very. She can be very forward, but dont be intimidated, you learn not only class topics but life lessons through her experiences. Just take her class.

One of my favorite classes at USD. To take chung's classes, you must be flexible. She does not teach in a conventional way. You need to be okay getting out of your comfort zone but its so worth it because you're going to learn a ton. Not an easy grader though.

I am a senior now, and through my college experience I can say no one has made a better impact and changed my life more than chung. No one has made me feel like I could do more with my life and do better for the world than she has! If you want real life she will give it you! Best teacher ever seriously!!

Pretty good teacher, very funny and does a good job at making the material more interesting with lots of in-class activities. However, people in class were always confused on due dates, expectations for assignments, etc. and even if you asked her yourself, you would get an unclear answer. An easy B but she can be frustrating sometimes.

Dr. Chung was BY FAR my favorite professor at USD. She is so knowledgable, kind, understanding and overall just such a great teacher. She is really good at explaining things in a way that can relate to anyone. I absolutely LOVE Chung and any communication major would be stupid not to take her. LOVE YOU CHUNG!!!!

Chung is one of a kind. She's extremely thought-stimulating. She's hilarious and super entertaining. I've learned a lot in her class but she is too opinionated to the point where she's oppressive. I would definitely take her again because she's awesome but you have to take what she says with a grain of salt.

Love Chung to pieces!!! She made learning the nitty gritty details of Comm Theory fun and interactive. I always looked forward to each class! Participation is key, and exams can be tedious- so stay on top of reading. She's the funniest prof I've met here at USD. TAKE HER. The end.

Dr. Chung was my comm professor and is my advisor, and I absolutely love her to pieces! She is incredibly helpful and cares about all of her students. She is super nice too; whenever I see her on campus I give her a big hug! Take any and all of her classes you can. You learn so much and have a ton of fun. She is an asset to the school!

I cannot say enough positive things about her! She is sweet, funny, and very knowledgeable. You really don't use the textbook much aside from the 3 big tests. Attendance is very important because the in-class discussion is EVERYTHING! take this class, you won't regret it! :)
