Dr. Jennings really loves the stuff she teaches. She ensures that you know the material and always provides the best resources. If you show up and pay attention, you'll pass with flying colors. Would recommend if you need a fine arts credit!

This was a very boring class in my opinion, however, it's an easy A. Although she says you need the textbook, I wouldn't waste money on it. As long as you complete the assignments to her criteria, you will be fine. She offers tons of extra credit too!

I dont understand why Jennings has so many bad reviews because she is a good prof. The class is boring but she tries hard to make it interesting and is very passionate about what she teaches. Dont buy the textbook because you wont use it even tho she says to. Easy A as long as you do your work and study before tests. Gives lots of extra credit

Decent professor. Do NOT buy the text book, she posts all of the material in powerpoints online. Her class can get pretty boring, since you're just sitting there listening to a 75 minute lecture. Tests are all multiple choice and the questions are straight from the powerpoints.

The most boring class you will have to take. Take online if you can. She is all lectures so boring. I got a C on every test and some how still ended up with an A. After the second test i just stopped going and read her power points online. So boring. You will also have to attend concerts for credit.

She was a pretty good professor. Everything on the notes is on the tests, so the 5 tests were fairly easy if you looked over the notes. You need 2 concert reports, 10 points each so make sure those get done. There is extra credit after every test, so take advantage of that. TAKE HER OVER DR. HORNER!!

Her classes are pretty much just lectures. It might be the most boring class ever and I literally dread going.. She does grade super easy, and projects are cake. The tests are easy, but only worth 10 points when there is 40 total questions. Her voice is kinda irritating. I have fallen asleep so many times in this class. It is an easy A, but boring

This is a very lecture-heavy class to begin with, but she makes it easy for you and puts all of the powerpoints online. Also, she gives you SO MANY extra credit opportunities that are so easy. In my class, you could boost your grade 8% just by doing the extra credit. Tests can be tough but she provides you with really good study guides

Although this is the most boring class ever, it is an easy A for a fine arts credit. She puts all her PowerPoints online so coming to class is not super important. She gives study guides for every test, you have unlimited attempts for the homework, and the projects are not hard. DO NOT BUY THE HARD COPY TEXTBOOK, just the online access to homework.

Pretty mediocre, I used to take lots of notes and then realized they were all online. Id go sit through the class then rewrite the notes at home, she goes too quick to write down any of it anyways. Grades easily, hard to not pass as long as you study and prepare for the tests. Wouldn't recommend but also wouldn't not recommend. Attendance is taken.

I didn't love or hate this class. I was in a class of about 100 students. We took notes every class but she posts the powerpoints online. She had us do one group project, attend two concerts, and write three papers. We had five tests over the semester which were easy if you studied the notes.

She's boring and pretty much has no clue what she's talking about. It felt like she was defending herself from being corrected by students than trying to actually teach us. She makes Theory much harder to learn than it needs to be. Make her your last choice of professor for any class.

I don't understand why some people don't like her. Yes, it is a boring subject, but she tries her best to make it exciting. Your grade isn't based on attendance. I didn't buy the book and just looked over the notes and got an A. People complain that she requires you to go to 3 concerts, but it's easy to do for 30% of your grade. Very nice lady too.

Lots of notes that you print out from WEBCT. Atleats 7-10 fully typed pages on each test. I memorized the notes for almost every test. Some tests are easier than others. I hated this class but she did give lots of extra credit and stuff. Makes you attend concerts and write journals during class. I studied more for this class than my major!

This class is the most boring class I have ever taken. The tests are okay, but i would recommend memorizing your notes. Attendance isn't that important, do the in class journals and go to the concerts, you don't need the book just buy the cd's. She get's really annoyed if you talk during class, sit near the front if you want to hear her.

Boring class. It is easy to pass and get a good grade because the tests account for such a low percentage of your overall grade. However, you must submit to sitting in a auditorium and listening to her talk about nothing interesting. Everyone needs a fine arts class so if you just want to take an easy one this will do.

Unbelievably boring class. She is way too excited about classical music, thats for sure. However, she seems to be a nice woman and the class isn't all that difficult. Just a little hard to study and care about if youre not into that type of music. Go to 3 concerts because it counts for 30% of your grade. Do a few extra concerts and get an easy A.
