An amazing Prof for a first year Ed class. Participation in lecture and completion of readings and corresponding assignments are key to success. Marcela grades fair and gives good feedback. Ones marks are truly based on ones efforts. Marcela is a kind and caring Prof and she knows her stuff, an inspiration and one of the good ones.

All these other folks aren't wrong, great woman! She inspires others, and any teacher who does that is worth their weight in gold. I also learned lots of good techniques that I am using now. Sometimes did have to BS on a paper, though perhaps that is more because of my shortcomings. You can learn a lot from this woman.

she is notorious for assigning "busy work".... there is no point to taking that class whatsoever, i hated waking up so early to sit in a chair and BS my way through the morning. only a tim hortons coffee could get you through that class.
