I found A&P easy, but I get the sense that's not everyone's experience. An interesting class, as long as you take her anecdotes with a grain of salt - do your own research. The course is run is like a medically-relevant high school class. You probably shouldn't be at UMA if you are serious about being pre-med, but it's fun and you'll remember it.

Ridiculously easy. Dumbs the material down and then spoonfeeds it. Too much focus on nursing--if you're pre-med or PA, beware. Narrow focus leaves out a lot of material. Buying the books are almost waste of money except they are good references. If you are male, be prepared to be offended several times during the course.

Margaret really gives you your moneyĆ¢€™s worth. She is the hardest professors IĆ¢€™ve had, but I learned a tremendous amount. She is fair and tries to help students. She makes a point to be available if you need help. Margaret is very structured, and has an outline with main points for each class. That was a life saver.

I've taken other classes with Margaret, which were great. But in pathophysiology, she seemed a little unorganized and I felt she could have been more clear. Also, this class lacked the depth of her A&P class. She was very helpful, as usual, though.

She is EXCELLENT. Teaches so logically that you get tons of info but you actually learn it. And really knows her stuff.
